What you’ll be doing.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to lead our Project Management efforts across the GMMI, Inc. business line. Including the IT re-platforming project. Analyzing and recommending projects through-out the organization to continue to stream-line business operations. This role will also be included in the succession planning for Executive Leadership within the GMMI, Inc. organization for continued growth and development.

The position reports to the head of EA Group Health business Line

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of the IT re-platforming project.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with vendors, stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
  • Create and manage full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and changes to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee project financial performance, ensuring the project meets budgeting parameters while seeing strategic ROI.
  • Develop and implement business strategies that support long-term organizational goals that align with the company's mission and values.

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years experience managing complex projects, including technical projects, from conception to completion.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven people leader with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience in financial management and business development.
  • Curiosity and ability to think outside the box and bring innovation and new ideas to the table

Education/Certifications:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 20% and may include domestic and international travel

This is a hybrid role based out of our Pembroke Pines, FL office.

When you’ll be doing it.

While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8:00am-5:00pm). Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.
